About Kelly

As a marketing strategist, my background is rooted in real estate marketing, brand strategy and multichannel campaign execution. I specialize in helping REALTORS® and real estate teams elevate their business through intentional strategy, hands-on execution and design that actually reflects who they are.

Before launching Kelly O Marketing, I spent over six years at Compass, including being part of the initial launch team in Atlanta. I worked alongside some of the city's top-producing and luxury agents, leading brand and campaign strategy across listings, developments and ongoing marketing programs — everything from logo and brand identity work to social media, print, email and digital advertising. Now, I’m thrilled to be working with agents and teams across Atlanta and beyond, offering tailored marketing, brand development and white-glove consulting rooted in strategy and creativity.

Outside of work, you'll find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen, exploring Atlanta's newest restaurants, on my Peloton or attempting (bravely) to learn pickleball.
